On arrival inside it is hard not to notice the working still proudly on display in the middle of the cafe which produces the schnapps, of which you can taste at the tasting bar.

The crumbed pan fried veal schnitzel is certainly one of the favourite dishes, the Austrlan beef gulasch ideal for those winter days.
The spacious gardens and outdoor setting is a perfect summer setting for groups where you can also wander among the many sculptures that have been acquired during the years.
Owners Monika and Brad Spalding have collaborated with artists, Brad a celebrated local artist artist himself, and art is a central theme to the landscaping of the grounds with sculptures among the manicured lawns.
Brad grows many of the organic fruits and acquires native mountain botanicals that have inspired the Wildbrumby distilled products. The team produce all products on site plus and all of their award winning spirits are available in the gift shop plus online.
Recently Wildbrumby were also part of a world record gin tasting event that saw Australia claim the title with over 800 people Australia wide tasting gin at the same time.
