Thredbo weather and snow report

Bureau of Meteorology Synopsis

Weather Situation

A strong high pressure system over the Tasman Sea will remain near stationary for much of this week, bringing showers to the east. A coastal trough along the southern Queensland and northern New South Wales coast, that has been enhancing shower activity along the northern coast, will move further offshore today, as a second trough approaches the far west of the state and slowly moves eastward from today to Friday. This second trough is forecast to bring showers and thunderstorms across most districts.
