With Thredbo now back open for business, the popular Blues Festival will add some liveliness back into the alpine village next weekend.
The Thredbo Blues Festival is bursting with talent, with 60 performances from 20 artists playing across the village.
Get up close and personal to some of Australia’s best Blues artists at the incredible 26th annual Thredbo Blues Festival. From January 17 – 19 Thredbo Village transforms into the ultimate Blues town with over 60 performances from more than 20 artists playing in 15 venues across three big days.
Now in its 26th year, the Thredbo Blues Festival is one of the longest running Blues festivals in Australia with each year seeing the acts get hotter and the atmosphere more electric. No matter how you like to enjoy your Blues, the Festival has got it with venues including intimate bars, delectable restaurants, big band concert showcases and spectacular outdoor spaces.

This year’s line-up will include Australian Blues icon James Beadle who will be back shaking up the Snowy Mountains with his powerful performance. The Foreday Riders are also ready to rock into the night again with their electrifying five piece band and festival favourites 19-Twenty will be bringing their infectious riff and groove based Blues to light up the dancefloor.
Other musical highlights include Phil Manning, Charlie Bedford, Claude Hay, The Shane Pacey Trio, Steve Edmonds Blues and a whole guitar case more.
